The food is good. Slow tonight, but everyone has a bad day. Everyone was apologetic and offered me a drink. I'd still recommend them. I was there on burger special night. A good, real burger.

The quality of service has decreased. As a customer if you ask for you food to be prepared a Particular way that's now you should receive it.
Well done wings should be well done not soft and Slimy. And my order was placed on 11-6-18

I love this place. They have great food and if you want to just sit down and eat and relax and be comfy this is your place.

My mother & I was in Friday (10/5/17) evening ordered two cheesesteaks to go. Very disappointed on how this visit went. We were told 12 minutes our order would take (which took 25 minutes), meanwhile we watched the girl windex the door, wipe the pie case, cleaning things up and the guy counting the register. While all of this was happening there was two subs sitting on the window ledge from the kitchen. Which my mother said I bet they are our Subs....which they were, at least 10 minutes they sat there, then they called my name to pick up my order. I complained that I saw them sitting there while I watched her clean and him count the register. I also complained if they were cold I did not want them. While the boy mumbled under his breath loud enough for me to hear him say "WHATEVER"... Very poor service, we were disrespected, and the subs were cold & soggy. Don't go to close to closing. All they cared about was cleaning up & closing for the night.

This place is truly a neighborhood spot but definitely open to all! Though it's an express, you can dine-in or carry-out! The food is always hot and fresh and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. Steve and his staff are helpful, courteous and try to make your experience the best it can be. It's not a bar like many of the other Bill Bateman's but simply a restaurant with good food and good staff and you bring the good company! Ample, free parking! I highly recommend!
